Your financial expense review
Find recurring charges, large expenses, and bills worth reviewing. Financial information remains on your own deployment.
Recurring charges
Detected from at least three periodic charges. Frequency and future payment dates are estimates.
Large expenses & savings opportunities
Flags individual charges of $300 or more and merchants with significant recent spending. Review for lower prices, alternatives or negotiation.
Income & expense summary
Cash-flow estimates from imported and connected accounts. Uncertain deposits are excluded from income until classified; credit card payments and recognizable transfers are excluded from spending.

Account activity check
Activity totals are NOT statement balance reconciliation. Import every relevant account before drawing conclusions.
Credits requiring classification
Deposits may be income, refunds, account transfers, or loan proceeds. Classify uncertain credits below to improve the report.
This dashboard is for personal cash-flow review and is not a tax return or reconciled financial statement.
Annual reporting & statement checks
Compare full-year income, expenses and cash flow. Enter statement balances to check that imported transactions agree with your bank or credit-card statement.
Monthly financial results
| Month | Income | Expenses net of refunds | Net cash flow | Unclassified credits |

Statement reconciliation
Enter balances as of the opening and closing dates. Transactions strictly after the opening date through the closing date are included. For credit cards enter the amount owed (positive); for banks enter the funds held. Enter negative balances for overpayments or overdrafts.
Savings outcomes
Actual savings entered on case records are self-reported, not independently verified against merchant statements. Targets are not counted as achieved savings.
Budgets & spending alerts
Set monthly spending limits and merchant rules to improve categorization. Alert amounts are review prompts, not guaranteed savings.
Budget versus actual
| Category | Spent | Budget | Remaining |
|---|
Spending alerts
Price-increase alerts compare recent merchant charges to earlier payments and may be inaccurate for variable bills.
Merchant categorization rules
Where to look for savings first
Ranked review opportunities based on recurring spend, possible duplication, price changes and large merchant totals. Spend amounts are not savings projections. Verify alternatives, coverage and cancellation terms before acting.
Monitoring inbox
Run a local scan to check for post-cancellation charges, upcoming estimated renewals, and budget thresholds. Uses already imported/synchronized transactions only; no merchant contact or bank sync.
Action center
Track cancellation requests, lower-rate negotiations and charge investigations. Draft messages here, or send approved requests by email if SMTP is configured. Always verify the merchant contact address from its official website. A confirmation reference is required before marking a case confirmed.

Possible duplicate imports
These may be legitimate repeated purchases. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Bills worth rate shopping or negotiating
Annual spending is not the amount you can save. Verify current contract terms and actual offers.

Refresh history
Transaction refresh can run unattended after setup. Refresh failures appear here; automatic scheduling is not enabled until you configure it.
Connected bank access
You can disconnect a bank connection and optionally delete its imported data. Disconnecting does not close your bank account or cancel subscriptions.
Plaid requires separate developer credentials. Some institutions may not support transaction history or particular account types.
